COACH OF
THE YEAR
In
her sixth season with Eleanor Roosevelt High, Lloyd guided the squad
to 19 straight victories including the county championship over
previously undefeated Friendly and then the 4A South Region title.
The soft-spoken Lloyd gave most of the credit to her players and
longtime assistant coach Sharon Howard. Roosevelt won its second
straight county and first 4A South Region title since 2001.

Congratulations to Emily Schoendorf

selected to a very
prestigious program sponsored by the National Symphony Orchestra
