Most artists are influenced by the work of other artists, or of master artists. For this weeks journal, find and research an artist that you find compelling and interesting. Create a journal page for your concentration that emulates the style of your artist. Be sure to choose an artist whose style you can accomplish with a high degree of success.

Requirements:

1. Rich, pure, bold, deep, intense colors: no "sketchy" colors.

2. Full colorization of the foreground, middleground and background. Do NOT use construction paper.

3. Use your Sharpie pen as necessary to create clean, black lines.

4. Collage: Find an area to create collage. NO PICTURES. Textures or color enrichment only.

5. Meaningful text (handwritten)
