If you attend an event or watch a show that has to do with Hispanic culture or the Spanish language, you can receive extra credit.  Just write a paragraph (5+ sentences) stating what you saw, what you learned, and whether you enjoyed yourself.

Current event articles about topics concerning the hispanic world are another good way to earn some extra credit.  Bring in the article and a summary. 

Also you may complete up to 10 activities per quarter in the Spanish magazines in the classroom for extra credit.  Just write the name of the magazine, the issue, and the page number on a sheet of paper with your name, date, and period and turn into the bin in the back of the room. 

No extra credit will be accepted the week before progress reports or the week before the end of the quarter.
